Originally from Munich, Germany, Florian is an expert Cinematographer who has been living in Nairobi, Kenya for over 5 years.

 

He has shot and produced numerous films for international broadcasters, film production houses and organizations worldwide with a strong focus on Africa. Some of the high-profile stories he's tackled include the issue of illegal killing of elephants, and humanitarian projects in Kibera and Mathare, two of the largest slums in Africa.

 

Some of his clients are the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the UN Environment Programme, David Yarrow Photography and more. Above all his work aims to create impact and to inspire people to take action.
